People on the Move #4: Layoffs Hit DotEsports, Skillz
I am officially on the second week of having COVID-19 and I feel a lot better than I expected I would. Lots of hydration, over-the-counter cold medicine, and sheer force of will has enabled me to not miss my deadlines–much to the chagrin of my colleagues who think I might be a little crazy for working while I'm this sick.
They’re not wrong–I am a little crazy for continuing to work, but work is therapy and life for me and it keeps me going through tough times.
Which is all a very long-winded way of saying that I am alive, I really enjoy serving our readers to the best of my abilities and won’t let you down if you stick with us! Thanks for listening!

After nearly eight years of working at Twitch, Tyler Nosenzo has left the company to join Riot Games. Nosenzo spent almost eight years at the company, most recently serving as the director of talent development for two years. In his new role at Riot he will help the League of Legends and Valorant developer build out its new creator program.
