People on the Move: The Season of Layoffs has Begun for Esports

It’s a terrible week as multiple websites, publications, and esports organizations lay off a bunch of employees as they try to navigate the choppy waters of the global economy. The latest layoffs have hit esports organizations TSM and 100 Thieves. Over the last week or so we saw GameStop, Australian esports organization ORDER, and esports news site InvenGlobal reveal cuts to staff. It’s a lot to deal with, to be honest with you and there’s more to come… Terrible.
